With the answers of this questionnaire I will get started and make a completely individual meal plan in which I take your preferences. You will receive the plan within 2 working days - after sending the completed questionnaire-.
Keep in mind that a meal plan will last 4 to 6 weeks. After this time, the body got used to the intake and the calorie goal, along with the macros, and has to be adjusted.
